5.2 Food Processing Equipment and Production Maintenance

Removal of carbon deposits from ovens and equipment.

Equipment is taken off-line, sprayed with acid and than rinsed with water.
Dissatisfactions:
Equipment downtime, labor intensive and expense of waste disposal.
