Application:
Removing oil/lube to prepare the part for the next operation.
Current method:
Washing with chemical solvents using either spray or hand method.
Dissatisfactions:
The cost and liability of chemicals and contaminated waste ; parts must be dried before processing.
Benefits of CRYONOMIC® cleaning:
An excellent application for CO2 cleaning. Oil and lube are easily removed by blast cleaning. Savings are generated by virtually eliminating the cost and liability of chemicals and contaminated waste disposal. Eliminating the drying process also generates savings. CO2 cleaning is non-abrasive and cleaning does not leave an etched or shiny finish that may be required.
