9.  How is CRYONOMIC® Equipment different from competitors?

CO2 pellets are manufactured to an exact size and uniform hardness by packing and extruding dry ice "snow" through a die.

To ensure the integrity of the pellets all the way out of the blasting gun, the CRYONOMIC® Equipment uses a two-hose compressed air system. A low pressure transport hose, moves the pellets to a venturi at the blastgun, where a second, patented higher pressure hose accelerates the dry ice pellets to the high velocity needed for cleaning. THEREFORE CYRONOMIC® EQUIPMENT CLEANS FASTER ALTHOUGH USING LESS PELLETS THAN OUR COMPETITORS.

ARTIMPEX offers a variety of compact mobile units, for ease of access in production areas.

CRYONOMIC® Equipment has been optimised from the ground up. It has almost no moving parts, is extremely reliable, and requires almost no scheduled maintenance.
